Cancellation Policy
There is a full price fee for cancelling within 24 hours or “no call no show”. “Full price” is the amount you paid for your treatment. Please let me know if you are having an emergency or have fallen sick. If you do cancel an appointment your payment will go back on your Jane account. To reapply that payment use the “prepaid option” next time you schedule. If the system won’t allow you to cancel, you are ineligible to forward your original payment.
