If you cancel your appointment and want to reschedule please do so using the “prepaid” option so that you are not charged twice. If you need a refund please reach out over email as refunds do not happen automatically. If the system wont let you cancel, you are not eligible for a refund. We do not allow appointment cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time. Thank you for understanding! xo
