You can now purchase packages (5 treatments for $100) directly from your Jane account. To purchase, go to the “Packages and Memberships” tab under “My account” on your profile and select “buy package”. Please call or email if you have any questions.

If you cancel your appointment and want to reschedule please do so using the prepaid option in the pricing menu so that you are not charged twice. Please note that refunds are NOT automatic.. If the system wont let you cancel, you are not eligible for a refund. We do not allow appointment cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time. Thank you for understanding!
