Your credit card will be charged upon booking an appointment

You can now purchase packages directly from your Jane account. There is a Packages and Memberships tab under My account that will now put your package directly on your Jane profile. Please call or email if you have any questions.

If you cancel your appointment and want to reschedule please do so using the prepaid option in the pricing menu so that you are not charged twice. If you need a refund please reach out over email as refunds do not happen automatically. If the system wont let you cancel, you are not eligible for a refund. We do not allow appointment cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time. Thank you for understanding!
